Apex Fitness is changing it's name to High Velocity Family Fitness Center.  It's the same owners and you'll see the same smiling faces just don't be surprised to see a new name on the building!

We have the largest facility of it's kind in Oklahoma, with 1600ft. of mats, an outdoor course with tractor tires and sleds, and a full weight room and cardio equipment to get your grappling or fight game to the highest level possible. Over 10, 000 square feet total!
